Privacy
What we keep, who sees it, and how to have it deleted. Effective October 22, 2026.
When you ask for a quote
We keep what you type into the form: the job, the town, the timing, your name, your phone number and, if you give it, your email. We also keep the words you agreed to, the time you agreed, and a scrambled form of your connection address, so we can show the request was yours and stop form spam.
Who sees it
One pro: the one your request goes to. They get your name, phone, email and the job so they can call you about it. Nobody else gets your details. We never sell or rent a list of homeowners, and we never send your request to a second pro.
Who calls or writes
The pro who has your job, about your job. We may email you a receipt and, if no one has called, follow up once to put it right.
Pros
When a business signs up to take jobs we keep its name, contact, trades, towns and the jobs it got. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or keep card numbers.
The services we use
Supabase stores the data, Resend sends the email, Stripe takes card payments and Vercel serves the site. Each handles your details only to do that job for us.
Listings
Directory listings come from information businesses already show the public: name, phone, website and map location. Any business can confirm, correct or remove its listing from its listing page.
Deleting your details
Reply to any email from us, or write through the form on the featured placement page, and we delete your request and your details. A pro who already has your job keeps what they were sent.
